It is located in 32-bit Windows of Outlook 2003 in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\\scanpst.exe and in 64-bit Windows in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\\scanpst.exe
32-bit Windows of Outlook 2007 provides this tool in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 and 64-bit locate it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12
Outlook 2010 present it in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
After locating it you run Inbox repair tool to fix the error by following simple steps:
