PST file is an important file which plays an important role in the smooth and proper working of an Outlook application. All Outlook data saved in it resides in this PST file. So, any kind of corruption in this Outlook data file creates serious problem for the user. Method 1 - In case corruption or damage of Mapi32.dll file is the issue then just execute MAPI repair tool (Fixmapi.exe) to the fix the problem.
Method 2 - As a next step you need to perform the deletion and corruption of the destroyed e-mail if you know which e-mail message is corrupt. Once you know that particular email message then just delete that from the inbox. But in case you are not able to trace the damaged e-mail then move all the inbox messages to the personal folder. This will help you to trace the damaged mails as the damaged mails will not move from the inbox.
Method 3 - Create a new Outlook profile if it is corrupt and once you have created the new e-mail profile just restart Outlook with new e-mail profile.
