Microsoft Outlook 2010 is the successor of outlook 2007. It has many added features like an outstanding e-mail management tool for both personal and business purpose. - In the Microsoft Exchange Settings dialog box , type the name for your exchange server. Make sure that your username is correct and then click on Next .
- Now click on the Finish button after you have successfully created your profile.
- The Mail dialog box will appear, click on OK.
